Built a custom analytics automation system for a growing SMM agency — doubled their campaign iteration speed and enabled consistent, insight-driven decision-making across 20+ client accounts.
Challenge
A social media and paid advertising agency managing 20+ client accounts was spending a significant amount of time on manual internal operations related to performance tracking.
Two main areas were especially time-consuming:
1. Daily content performance tracking
The content manager was responsible for exporting and inputting engagement data for every published post — likes, comments, saves, link clicks, and more — into spreadsheets. This task alone took around 1 hour daily, pulling focus away from core responsibilities like sourcing references, editing creatives, publishing posts, and onboarding new clients.
